To get authentic flavor, I buy two different coffees and mix them together to get the depth and chocolatey flavor, then brew the grounds in an authentic Phin drip brewer. It takes four small cups of dripped coffee mixed with condensed milk to make the pastry cream layered into fluffy yellow vanilla cake.
