Hot cocoa is a traditional Cinco drink, and now you can have it as a cake! Three layers of chocolate cake including a large Abuelito hot cocoa pellet, espresso powder, cayenne pepper, chili and cinnamon. Filled with marshmallow-flavored ermine frosting: lightly sweet and the flavor and texture of whipped cream. Covered with light chocolate buttercream and topped with dollops of frosting, mini marshmallows, and cinnamon stick/sprinkle. Spice level: enough to leave a slow burn on your tongue.
